Mr. Doctor

Just doing lame drawings because I really need to draw the OCs that are swimming around in my head without any screen time. D:

This is the lead doctor at the headquarters, Victor~ Mostly called Doc though.
The newbies are terrified of him because as soon as he leaves his room he always looks like he just murdered someone, and the sounds that are coming from the inside aren't very comforting either.
He may not do things the most traditional way, but he's actually pretty good at what he does... xD You'll be as good as new when he's done.
